• How often can I visit?
As often as you wish. You are
not charged for the number of visits.
• What can I store?
You can store anything at Red
as long as it is not flammable, perishable, illegal or alive.
• How can I pay?
Payment can be made by all standard
methods: cheque, credit card, debit card etc. Ask about our monster
discount packages for long term storage that is paid in advance.
• Why do I need my own lock and
key?
Treat your cabin just like your
home: the only person that should hold a key is you. Not even Red
Self Storage staff can access your unit.
• How much will it cost me to store
my things?
The cost of your storage will
be dependant on the Red Storage Consultants
assessment of the size of cabin you require. You can check your
requirements on line with our Red
Calculator guide or by speaking directly to a Storage Consultant.
• Where can I hire a van or removal
lorry?
Red
can organise van rental for you or recommend an independent hire company.
• Can I send things for delivery
from my cabin? Yes,
we can arrange collections from your cabin for a small additional
fee.
• Can I send things for delivery
to my cabin?
Yes, we can take deliveries to your cabin for a small additional
fee.
• How long can I store goods in
my cabin? You can
store in your cabin for a lifetime if you wish, just ask about our
special rates.
• What if my cabin becomes too
big or too small?
Red
provide cabins from 10 sq feet to over 1,000 sq feet giving you
the peace of mind that you can increase or decrease the space as
you require it. Just tell us what you want and Red
will give you what you need.
• What sort of lease do I have
to sign?
You don't sign a lease. At Red
we try to make everything easy: a basic storage cabin agreement
needs to be signed, just like renting a hotel room.
• How much notice is needed before
I can move in?
You can move in today. Just
turn up at Red Self Storage, speak
to a consultant and they will arrange packing materials, insurance
etc. You can move in as soon as you arrive.
• How often do I pay?
Red
invoice customers every 4 weeks, or in advance if you require. Just
remember you have to give us 7 days notice before you leave and
you will be refunded any money you have paid. Big discounts can
be had by paying in advance for your cabin.
• What hours are you open?

• How high are your storage cabins?
Red
store rooms are usually around 7 feet in height. However, specialist
rooms are available with height in excess of 10 metres for that
special storage item.
• What is the shortest term I can
have a cabin for? Our
shortest cabin stay is 7 days. |
